About me
As a dual trained practitioner in coaching and counselling I have a wealth of experience working with clients who are feeling stuck and wanting to make positive change.
Coaching is as a partnership and I will provide a supportive space and encourage you to explore where you are at the moment and where you want to be. I use my therapeutic experience to work alongside you in exploring any barriers or blind spots that are holding you back from your full potential.
If you are:

- Feeling burnt out or lacking balance in your life
- Embarking on new career or business
- Dealing with perimenopause/menopause symptoms
- Struggling with anxiety
Or wanting to embrace change, then coaching can empower you to make those changes happen.
You could have one goal you wish to work on or you may be wanting change but unsure where to start. I will ask you questions to help you gain clarity about our work together and how you want things to be by the end of the coaching sessions.
You may have a time frame or a number of sessions in mind, we will discuss this during a discover call. The call is an opportunity for you to see if I am a good fit for you and the coaching you need. Research proves that the relationship is key in successful coaching outcomes, so it is important you feel we can work together effectively.
Coaching sessions can vary from 45 minutes to 2 hours and are often scheduled fortnightly or monthly, this can be tailored to your needs.

I am currently offering a reduced rate of £80 per 60 minute session whilst I work towards my Senior Practitioner Accreditation in Coaching.
