About me
I'm a level 7 qualified Life & Relationship Coach who enables and empowers .
I work with groups, couples, teenagers, and families, as well as one to one . Through one-to-one and group sessions the aim is to help create better communication, clarity and solutions for those who find themselves stuck, whether that be in a marriage, a family home or in a toxic relationship.
I endeavour to provide strategies to help free, empower, and understand how to move past toxic relationships or adverse childhood experiences and live the life that's meant for you.
I specialise in domestic abuse, substance misuse, and moving past trauma.
Training, qualifications & experience
Qualifications include a level 7 diploma in life coaching, Accredited trauma debrief facilitator , CBT, counselling skills, domestic abuse, understanding mental health, social care with families level 5, health and social care levels 2 and 3. Leadership & Management, Human Resource Management.
