About me
Hi, I’m Lisa and I specialise in helping people regain control of their lives, so they can feel stable and confident about the direction they are going in. I have a lot of experience with young people from 16-30, but have succesfully coached all ages. If you feel ready to make some changes than I can help you!
Clients tell me that when they feel unstable and unbalanced, their sense of direction is muddied and confused. Even on a day-to-day basis, they can struggle to stay on top of things, even to make simple decisions.
Physical symptoms like sleeping, and motivation become overwhelming and that old way of feeling comfortable and settled, feels out of touch. It sounds daft, but you can start to think, ' why can’t I just be happy with myself?!'
Working with me can enable you to look at the root of this. Each session with me will help you to understand the challenges at hand, and this will help you to gain more confidence and self-esteem. You can then make decisions from a stable way of thinking, so you create a simpler way of living and a better way of life!

My experience with young people.
Having worked with young people in senior schools over the last thirty years, I have seen first-hand how you are often in situations that have been created for you, by those around you. They love you and mean well for you, without understanding what it’s actually like to be you. I’ll help you to rebalance, question and find your values and live more coherently.
How does it work?
Our version of talking therapy will be present and future-focused, not talking about the past, so much. I’m not here to tell you what to talk about, that's up to you - you will take control of our conversations, so then you can make your life go in the direction, that you want it to go.
A typical session…
Costs: Your first session is complementary and after that I charge £50 per session and ask you to commit to 3 sessions if you can.
Zoom or face to face: I generally run zoom sessions but do have access to a space for face to face if required.
Training, qualifications & experience
I am a nurse who has worked with children and young people for the last 20 years, in junior and senior school settings.
I have a a Diploma in Transformational Life Coaching, having trained with Animas Centre for Coaching, London.
