About me
Having worked in education for the past 20 years, I am fully aware of the pressures, anxiety and conflicts that can arise within both families and schools involved in the process of education. As an Assistant Headteacher who has embedded a coaching culture in my school, I know how important it is for the school's Senior Leaders, teachers, parents and pupils to have a good understanding what EXACTLY they need to do in order to facilitate powerful growth, development, and success.
- I coach teachers, supporting staff to find greater fulfilment and balance and overcome feelings of overwhelm and burnout. I work with staff longing to progress their career and achieve promotion.
- I coach senior leaders who wish to gain clarity and traction in achieving their strategic goals.
- I coach parents who want to support their child more effectively whilst achieving greater harmony and reducing painful conflict.
- I coach pupils to support them to feel motivated, confident or to gain clarity on their exam goals and university aspirations.
Supporting the wellbeing and success of ALL members of any school community is my goal.
I am myself a mum of two boys, wife and and general outdoorsy kind. I enjoy camping with my family, running, biking, swimming and am currently training for my third Ironman triathlon. Having started my career as an English teacher, I love reading, but nothing beats a good old fashioned movie night with the family!
Training, qualifications & experience
I am a fully accredited ICF coach at ACC level. I trained with Co-Active Training Institute, an ICF approved body. I am a Graydin certified Educational Coach and Coach Trainer and a Coaching Masters Member with NLP certification.
Over the years, I have worked with a broad range of clients including business professionals, parents, teachers and teenage students. I am passionate about supporting my community to thrive and find fulfilment in their lives. I am able to deliver coaching training sessions for teachers, pupils and currently deliver a number of parental coaching programmes. I am an experienced speaker and can deliver workshops, inset and training sessions as needed.

Free initial in-person, telephone or online session
Additional information
Initial consultation is a free exploratory session of approximately 30 minutes to discuss your needs, situation and to start to design your bespoke programme.
Commonly, a programme would be a course of 6-8 sessions (one per week) either on the telephone or via Zoom. I also offer walking coaching for anyone local who enjoys getting outside and knows the benefits that moving can have on processing emotion and expressing thoughts.
