About me
Having always been passionate about helping others, I have found that being a Personal Development Coach and mentor enables me to work in partnership with clients to achieve their goals, consider situations from a different perspective and to be happier in themselves. Having been "stuck' in situations that have not been beneficial, I understand the difficulty in moving forward and into the unknown. I use these experiences to enable others to identify where and how change may occur in a positive and solution focused way.
My business was created through my desire to help others be happier, be empowered and be true to themselves.
I work with people of all ages and offer a non-judgemental, confidential environment which is completely focused on the client. Specialising in physical and mental health, neurodiversity, relationships, career, self-confidence issues and overcoming negative beliefs.
