I’ve been coaching and mentoring individuals and groups through change within the organisational context for over a decade and trained in deeper one on one transformative coaching and mindfulness in 2020.
My vision is that “More people are brave enough to be themselves, know the power of their difference and are challenging the status quo, by doing more of what matters to them.” I love playing my part in making that happen and couldn’t be more grateful to meet the people my work connects me to.

Training, qualifications & experience
I am a fully qualified transformative life coach and mindfulness teacher. With a background in organisational change, leadership and entrepreneurship across NGOs and charities, I'm all about helping people that need support in having a positive impact in this world, whilst maintaining their own happiness.
I have been working as a coach, mentor and change leader for ten years. Four years ago I further developed my skills and knowledge in humanistic and mindfulness approaches, through coaching-skills training, my coaching accreditation and meditation training out in India.
I also have an honours degree in Leadership, which I completed in my twenties and taught me a lot about self-inquiry, listening and mentoring.
My most treasured qualification is my personal experience. I have grown from a turbulent childhood, to a place where I can confidently call myself successful, happy and fulfilled.
I am a successful business owner, working with charities and social-purpose orgs as a strategic consultant and coach.
I hold an Accredited Diploma in Transformational Coaching and Yoga Alliance Meditation Teacher Training

Individual coaching sessions are between £90-£130 - depending upon your circumstances - and for most people five sessions will help create the shifts you need to do what you want to do.
