About me
I am Katrin, I specialise in leadership coaching, training, and facilitation, with a particular focus on supporting leaders, founders, and their teams in finding clarity and direction. I use neuroscience, traditional coaching and my experience to help my clients to excel in their personal and professional lives, achieving significant growth and great impact with ease.
I also offer Life coaching. As an experienced leadership coach, I bring a unique lens to my life coaching. I use a holistic coaching approach that deliver transformational results. I also offers group coaching.
My professional background is in the Finance Industry. I lived and worked internationally and coach in English and German. My coaching is holistic and partner with my clients as a thinking partners.

Master Certified Coach's have achieved a substantial level of training and experience.

Katrin brings 15 years’ international experience in business development and fund raising in the banking and investment industry. During her career in the finance industry, she worked for large financial institutions such as Morgan Stanley and Fidelity Investments, but also has extensive experience working with starts-ups and smaller investment firms.
Katrin was born in Germany and lived in 3 different countries before settling in the UK. This has given her a depth of multi-cultural experience.
Her business background in leadership roles, along with her life experience form the foundations of her coaching. Furthermore, it has provided her with the insight into what organizations and team seek in leaders.
She strives to support her clients, individuals and teams, to connect with their values, strengths, and their purpose in order to accelerate in their roles, deliver impact and enhance their performance.
