About me
I am a Coach, Mentor and Author based in Christchurch, Dorset. With many years of successful Coaching in my own private practice and the NHS, I am passionate about empowering all my clients to create the life they truly want.

Why my Coaching and Mentoring Service is Unique
I have interviewed some of the most successful and inspiring role models in the U.K. including A list celebrities and business leaders, in order to understand what their Winning Formulas to Success are in their careers. From Sir Richard Branson, Sir Tom Jones, Kelly Hoppen and James Martin to name just a few, who shared their Winning Formulas to Success with me to write my book Dyslexia and Success: The Winning Formulas. Combining these with the NLP training I had with the co-creator of NLP, Dr Richard Bandler, and the Mental Health and Wellbeing Coaching work that I do with the NHS, has enabled me to provide this unique Coaching and Mentoring service.
In our 1:1 coaching sessions, clients are able to;

With over 25 years in music education, I specialised in Neurodiversity, Coaching and Mentoring. As well as training with the amazing co-creator of NLP, Dr Richard Bandler in Kensington, London, I have also trained in Health and Wellbeing Coaching with the NHS and have trained with the British Dyslexia Association in Neurodiversity.
I am on the Hampshire Dyslexia Committee and a member of the Neurodiversity Gifts Group on LinkedIn.
My book Dyslexia and Success: The Winning Formulas is an all the U.K. Young Offenders Institutions and in over 150 Secondary Schools in the U.K. so far.

Additional information
Individual sessions start from £98 with reduced rates for Neurodiversity Coaching for under 18’s. Coaching is available both face to face and online.
