ADHD, Dyslexia and ASD Specialist Coach, Life Coach & Author

About me

I am a Life Coach, Neurodiversity Coach, Mentor and Author. I specialise in supporting adults and young people with ADHD, Dyslexia and Autism. If you are feeling stuck, overwhelmed or anxious, I can support you to feel more confident and in control, and thrive in both life and work.

With many years of successful coaching in my own private practice, the NHS, Neurobox and Headstuff, I am passionate about empowering all my clients to create the life they truly want.

I offer:

  • Neurodiversity Coaching, including ADHD, Dyslexia and Autism
  • Access to Work Coaching - supporting ADHD, Dyslexic and Autistic adults in the workplace
  • Life Coaching
  • Success Coaching
  • Health and Wellbeing Coaching

My gentle and holistic coaching style reflects the natural empathy that I have with all people, ensuring each client’s needs are met with a personalised and bespoke approach. Focusing on what’s most important to the individual and helping you to work with your brain rather than against it.

I bring lived experience to my work. I am dyslexic and have more recently been diagnosed with ADHD. This gives me a deep, practical understanding of the daily realities, strengths and challenges of neurodivergent life - not just from training, but from experience. I know what it feels like to work hard, feel different, and still know you are capable of more. This insight shapes everything I do as a coach.

Clients often tell me they feel understood, lighter, more optimistic and confident after our sessions.

These are just a few of the areas that people come to me for Coaching;

  • Neurodiversity Coaching - ADHD, Autism, Dyslexia
  • Access to Work Coaching
  • Executive function challenges - including organisation, planning, focus, starting and finishing tasks, time management
  • Emotional regulation - learn how to manage intense emotions and feel more in control
  • Hyperfocus - how to make the most of it, without it taking over your life
  • Sensory overwhelm and sensitivities
  • Burnout and work/life balance
  • Life Coaching
  • Success Coaching
  • Managing Anxiety
  • Low confidence and self worth
  • Health and Wellbeing
  • Menopause

Why my Coaching and Mentoring Service is Unique

I am the author of Dyslexia and Success: The Winning Formulas.
This book was written after interviewing some of the UK’s most successful and inspiring individuals, such as Sir Richard Branson, Sir Tom Jones, James Martin, Kelly Hoppen and many more! They all share how they made the most of their neurodivergent brain to reach success in their chosen career. More importantly they share the tools of how you can do it too!!

I combine my work as an author with:

-Specialist experience in neurodiversity and have completed over 2000 hours of coaching
-NLP training with co-creator Dr Richard Bandler
-Mental Health and Wellbeing Coaching within the NHS
-Insight from high-performing entrepreneurs and leaders

This powerful combination allows me to support both wellbeing and high achievement, without sacrificing one for the other.

In our 1:1 coaching sessions, clients are able to;

  • Set clear, meaningful goals
  • Identify and move beyond blocks and limitations
  • Reduce anxiety and mental overload
  • Build confidence and resilience and self-trust
  • Create habits that support success and wellbeing
  • Feel motivated and optimistic about the future

You can choose to make the change that you have been seeking now

Whether it’s learning to work with your neurodivergent brain and making the most of your strengths, thriving in education and the workplace, personal growth or manifesting your ambitions. I look forward to speaking to you about how we can personalise your coaching sessions to achieve your goals and create the AMAZING life you deserve.
