About me
Whether you’re unhappy and unfilled with your work, perhaps even hate your job and your boss even more. Maybe you are being bullied, stressed, anxious, or burnt out. You might be struggling to cope with how you are expected to work and are under pressure to perform. Maybe you want a career change, get that promotion, or you have been made redundant, and you need some help getting that next job or figuring out what to do next. Maybe even start a new business or grow your side hustle. You might feel like an imposter and want to develop the confidence to present to the board. Maybe you are looking for accountability or space to reflect.
Whatever you are experiencing, you are not alone. As a coaching psychologist, I’m passionate about helping people thrive in their work. It’s what I specialise in. You might want to know a few things about me:
· I bring my 25+ years of work experience to the table. My background is in psychology, HR, recruitment, coaching and training, people management, marketing, business and entrepreneurship. I have had the pleasure of working with people from different backgrounds and levels from the shop floor to the boardroom.
· For the past 14 years, I have been in private practice – coaching, mentoring, consulting, and therapy. This also means that when appropriate, I bring in therapeutic coaching and mentoring in our work together. Before that, I ran a training consultancy and was a freelance translator, editor and copywriter.
· I won’t bore you with all my qualifications, I love learning, so there are many of them. Besides my coaching, counselling, hypnotherapy, NLP and psychological profiling/psychometrics qualifications, I have a master’s degree in organisational psychology, I am a certified business psychologist and currently working towards a doctoral degree.
Let’s talk about what that looks like for you to thrive in your career.
Neurodiversity Coaching
I provide specialised coaching for neurodivergent professionals (whether diagnosed or not), empowering them to navigate the workplace with confidence and success. My approach is tailored to the unique strengths, challenges, and preferences of each individual, creating a supportive and inclusive coaching experience. I work with neurodivergent individuals, including those with ADHD, autism, dyslexia, dyspraxia, and other cognitive differences, who want to thrive in their professional lives. Whether you are an employee, a manager, or self-employed, coaching can help you unlock your potential and work in ways that suit you best. Clients typically will come to see me for:
- Workplace Strategies: Develop practical tools to enhance focus, organisation, and productivity.
- Communication & Collaboration: Improve workplace interactions, self-advocacy, and relationship-building.
- Confidence & Wellbeing: Build resilience, manage stress, and develop self-awareness.
- Career Progression: Support with career planning, performance reviews, and professional development.
- Executive Functioning Support: Guidance on time management, prioritisation, and decision-making.
- And much more
I accept Access to Work funding, a UK government scheme that provides financial support for workplace adjustments, including coaching. If you are eligible, this funding can cover the cost of sessions, making coaching more accessible.
Career and Performance Coaching
There are many reasons why my clients come to see me for career and/or performance coaching. They could be at the start or at the end of their career. They might want a complete career change, a promotion, develop in their current role, or find a new job after redundancy. Some of the areas that we address in coaching include:
- Confidence and self-esteem, imposter syndrome and public speaking
- Dealing with negative emotions and traumatic experiences in the workplace, for example, being bullied
- Handling difficult relationships and situations
- Exploring values, motivation, meaning and purpose to find a fulfilling career
- Workplace strategies, for example time management and organisation
- Managing wellbeing, stress, anxiety and burnout
- Job searching, interview skills, CV, networking and more
Most career and performance coaching programmes include psychological profiling.
Executive and Leadership Coaching
Leadership is complex. Being a leader can be an incredibly rewarding but challenging and lonely journey. In the current climate of constant uncertainty and change, developing your capacity as a leader from the inside out is essential to be able to respond and adapt to complex situations with courage and compassion.
Whether you are an experienced executive or just starting out, leadership coaching is tailored for you. After an initial assessment, we can create a program, that reflects your development needs, for example:
- Exploring your own journey and identity as a leader
- Handling difficult situations and conversations
- Developing Emotional and Social Intelligence
- Overcoming imposter syndrome and developing inner confidence
- Developing the capacity and skills needed for the next step in your career
- Managing your own and your team’s wellbeing
- Motivating, empowering and engaging
- Navigating interpersonal, organisational dynamics and more
If you prefer a flexible approach, coaching can give you that much-needed space to reflect, talk things through and gain different perspectives.
I also offer team coaching for leaders who want to improve team effectiveness.
Anti-Burnout Coaching
When you have experienced burnout, one thing is for sure – you never want to do that again. I know, I have been there too. Whether you are on the slippery slope heading towards burnout, still trying to cope with work; you’re off work and you want to recover, or get back on track after you have experienced burnout. It could also be that you have a pattern of burning out you want to leave behind for good.
Anti-burnout coaching is not just to cope with the stress and exhaustion. It is about making the changes that are at the root of burnout. The program is tailored to you and designed to help you identify and resolve the triggers, and get to the root cause so that you can re-align, re-connect, evolve and future-proof yourself against burnout. We will also explore different aspects of your work, life and what really matters to you so that you live and work on purpose.

Additional information
How I work –
The first step is to schedule a consultation. We will discuss what you need, want to achieve and what is in your way. Getting to know each other gives us the opportunity to see whether working together is the way forward.
To make the most of our time together, I'll send you a questionnaire before our consultation.
Most of my clients have a coaching session every other week as part of a program specifically tailored for them. That gives them the opportunity to process and do the work they need to do.
Between sessions, my clients have access to the client portal where they find resources they need and they can contact me for quick questions. At times further support and consultancy is needed which can be discussed (for example recruitment, profiling or leadership development).
I usually work with clients for 6-12 months.
Coaching programmes start from £525 + VAT for a 3-session package
I accept Access to Work-funded clients.

Online coaching:
Online coaching sessions save you (and me) travel time to and from locations, clients say it often allows them to be even more focused in the session.
Online coaching sessions are through Zoom, a video conferencing application. Please make sure you have access to a good internet connection, a microphone and webcam. Unlike Skype, you won’t need to have an account and the call quality is also better. You’ll receive a link to my online meeting room, which you need to click at the time of the meeting. Please ask if you’re not sure about how this works.
Face-to-face coaching:
I offer face-to-face coaching sessions in various locations in the West Midlands which is where I’m based. I can also offer coaching intensives (half day, day or multiple days) in different locations.
Facilitation and training:
Please email me so that we can discuss what is possible. Facilitation and/or training could include Appreciative Enquiry sessions, Emotional Intelligence workshops, facilitating change, team and/or leadership development.
Personality profiling:
Personality and leadership profiling is also available as a separate service. Profiling can be used for development as well as recruitment. Depending on what you need, a coaching program usually includes profiling as a starting point within your journey.
For team development, workshops can be facilitated. Please contact me for further information.
