About me
Hi, I'm Jo, I've worked as a manager in the environment and outdoor recreation sector for over 20 years.
Along the way, I’ve discovered that I really love helping people to achieve more than they believed they possibly could. I've found coaching to be a wonderfully effective way to do this, helping people gain positive outcomes in personal development and wellness, career and performance. Working with people to make positive changes in their lives through coaching brings me lots of joy.
I’ve coached individuals and teams throughout my time as a manager, and formalised this in 2022 with an ICF accredited ACSTH diploma. Since then I’ve been coaching in my own time too.
I'm currently on a 2 year career break from my substantive role, to concentrate on my twin passions of coaching and travelling.

£60.00 per session
Free initial online session
Additional information
£60 for a 50-60 minute session, generally coaching 1:1 in blocks of 6-8 sessions
£90 for a one-off 90 minute session
