About me

Hi, I’m Jess.

I'm a qualified Personal Development and Wellbeing Coach working with people battling anxiety, low self-esteem, or generally feeling stuck and unfulfilled in their career or in life generally. 

As an accredited coach, I’m passionate about helping people rediscover their confidence and passion for life. I want you to feel good about yourself and comfortable with who you are, so you can live confidently and authentically in any area of life; your work, your relationships or your parenting.

I will draw upon psychological frameworks such as Cognitive Behavioural Coaching, Transactional Analysis and NLP to help you to get clearer on what you want.

Through coaching with me, you'll recognise your own needs and patterns of thinking and behaviour which is holding yourself back, you'll be empowered to make changes and as a result feel positive, happier, calmer and more content. 

You might feel stuck or lost in some way, but unsure what’s wrong or what needs to change. Perhaps you feel dissatisfied in a particular area of your life, or you know something isn’t right and that you could be happier and more fulfilled, but you've lost your spark and joy. Imagine having the freedom to be yourself, to feel comfortable and confident being you without worrying what people think or holding yourself back.

A bit about me...

With a background in HR Management, I have always enjoyed working with people on a compassionate level and helping them realise their potential. I’ve also felt what it’s like to lack the self-belief and confidence to speak up at work. After becoming a Mum I felt like my life changed overnight and for a while, I lost even more confidence in myself, as well as my identity. Having found my path in coaching, I am passionate about helping others with their own personal development and wellbeing.

What's it like working with me?

As your coach, I will work with you to explore what’s getting in the way, to help you get unstuck and to create the change you want. I’m curious and patient; I’ll provide a safe, non-judgemental space for you to open-up and be yourself so you feel listened to and understood. I’m not pushy or directive and I won’t tell you what to do, but I will act as your thinking and accountability partner.

Each coaching session is your time to explore what feels important to you, whilst working towards your desired outcome. We might look at your values, or work with visualisations, metaphors or narratives. I will draw upon psychological frameworks such as Cognitive Behavioural Coaching, Transactional Analysis and NLP to help you to get clearer on what you want, break down any beliefs getting in the way and create new ways of thinking and perspectives to open up opportunity for you to take action and live in a way that feels good.
