About me
Hi, I’m Jess.
I'm a qualified Personal Development and Wellbeing Coach working with Women who want to feel empowered and more fulfilled in their careers and personal lives, so they can understand themselves better, confidently make decisions and take action.
I've worked with clients who have felt they are at a cross-roads in life and have been unsure about what they want and to an extent, who they are. This could be after coming out of a relationship, wanting to find a more fulfilling career, or after having children. Together, we explore what feels important, what lights you up, what parts of your life and identity you want to hold onto or rediscover and also what new exciting possibilities there are ahead.
I also support mums as they navigate what's next after maternity leave - helping them build confidence, self-trust, reconnect with who they are now and make intentional decisions around returning to work and what they want life to look like moving forward.

A bit about me...
I worked in HR for the majority of my career, before becoming a stay-at-home mum, training as a Coach and finally setting up a business. Coaching has been a huge help to me personally, especially with self-doubt and to see past my own negative self-talk; to not let it drive my decisions or determine my self-worth.
What's it like working with me?
As your coach, I will work with you to explore what’s getting in the way, to help you get unstuck and to create the change you want. I will provide a safe, non-judgemental space for you to open-up and be yourself so you feel listened to and understood.
Each coaching session is your time to explore what feels important to you, whilst working towards your desired outcome. We might look at your values, or work with visualisations, metaphors or narratives. I will draw upon psychological frameworks such as Cognitive Behavioural Coaching and Transactional Analysis to help you to get clearer on what you want, break down any beliefs getting in the way and create new ways of thinking and perspectives to open up opportunity for you to take action and live in a way that feels good.

- Diploma in Transformational Life Coach with Animas Centre for Coaching, accredited by the globally recognised International Coach Federation (ICF), the Association for Coaching (AC) and the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC)
- Certified NLP Master Practitioner with The Priority Academy, accredited by the Complimentary Therapists Accredited Association (CTAA)
- 100+ hours Coaching experience
- Regular coaching supervision
