Hi, I'm Ian and I work as a Personal Coach.
As a highly successful coach with a proven record of achievement across a wide spectrum of industries, I am also a highly motivated professional with a passion and flair for Coaching with experience of at all levels.
I bring training, experience, care, skill and absolute confidentiality. I have a warm style, allowing challenges and observations to be made in a non-threatening and highly productive way. You can bring any concerns that you have about relationships, values, business, career, performance…. (the list is endless!)
As your Personal Coach.
I will help you realise that you can be, do or have anything you want. I will be with you each step of the way as you turn that realisation into your reality.
We will work together to define your life plan, with elements of goal setting, yet coaching is proactive with an emphasis on goal achievement.
The format of the sessions will sustain your enthusiasm and determination to ensure that the results are lasting beneficial changes – unlike the temporary “high” that can follow a seminar or motivational talk. I will lead you through all the areas of your – mind, body and emotional – without judgement or criticism.
