About us
Hello, I'm Rach.
I'm a transformational coach helping people to explore, discover or reclaim their identity. I am a firm believer in the journey starting within and it's really exciting to help people gain a deep understanding of themselves so they can develop the self-love and confidence that they need.

Why me? I have worked with people making changes for the last 13 years as a mental health nurse and currently as a wellbeing advisor at a University.
I believe I offer a safe space to be seen and heard, so there is a place for you to nurture and make changes. I am passionate about people getting to know themselves better, building self compassion and using that knowledge to live the life they want to live. I will be your anchor and support you, but I will compassionately challenge your behaviours and thoughts to enable real lasting change.

Training, qualifications & experience
My experience
I believe in learning from mistakes and finding opportunities in times when you least expect it. I have always been interested in human behaviour.
As a child and young person, I wanted to be an actor, but that changed after graduating from my drama degree. I felt lost and after some searching myself I decided to train as a mental health nurse.
I actually found coaching myself and it helped me to gain clarity and direction at a time when I felt like there was none. I have been using coaching skills for a long time. However, I decided to do official training on an ICF credited course so that I could deepen my skills and work towards my ACC accreditation.
