About me

I am a qualified coach specialising in neurodiversity and self esteem. I take a compassionate and collaborative approach to coaching, making sessions enjoyable and interactive.

I am neurodivergent myself, with lived experience that informs my work.

We will work together to help you develop confidence in yourself and shape a life that works for you. We'll look to improve your confidence and self belief and help you understand your strengths. We'll explore the barriers that you face and how to ask for what you need in order to thrive.

We'll also focus on maintaining your wellbeing, in a way that works for you.

Training, qualifications & experience

  • 2 year Diploma in Life Coaching accredited by the National Council of Psychotherapists and the Association for Coaching.
  • Trained as a trainer in 2008 and in Training Neuroscience in 2022.
  • CPD in coaching for Neurodiversity 2024.

For the last 15 years I’ve helped my clients learn and develop better and work through the obstacles that seem to be holding them back.

I'm an expert in communication and interpersonal skills with a background training people who work in stressful and challenging roles. Helping people to build resilience, improve relationships and deal with conflict.

Key details

Wheelchair user access
Wheelchair user access

Wheelchair-accessible premises should have step-free access for wheelchair users and individuals who are unable to climb stairs. If a Life Coach's premises aren't step-free, they may offer alternative services such as telephone/web-based appointments, home visits, or meeting clients in different location, so you can choose the option that suits you best.

You can contact the Life Coach to discuss the options available.

Under the Equality Act 2010 service providers have a duty to make reasonable adjustments to ensure that individuals with disabilities can access their service. You can read more about reasonable adjustments to help you to access services on the CAB website.

I have therapy rooms that are quiet and with minimal distraction. I will ask you about any other adjustments that you would find helpful. I am LGBTQI+ inclusive.
