About me
Hi, I’m Gaby. I am a Life Coach working in Hampshire and London. If you are feeling exhausted, frustrated or burned out and that your life isn’t working for you, I can help you work through these issues and change your life for the better. Feeling lost or lacking clarity in our own life happens to most of us at some point - I help you get to the root of what is going on and what you can do immediately to improve things.
I also work with clients to help with anxiety, lack of motivation and fears - once we can air our true feelings, life has a way of changing for the better remarkably quickly! I help you unblock and connect with your true self, and you learn how to keep yourself in integrity.
We work on untangling fixed ideas and unhelpful programming to reveal your brilliant creativity and potential. It all starts with our sense of self, WHO we are and whether this is in integrity with our feelings and actions.
I am experienced at working with highly sensitive individuals, and the unique issues they face day-to-day. We work together on healthy boundaries, what they are and how to maintain them.
I use a blend of coaching techniques to bring out the best in people, married with my gentle and incisive style. I am known for holding the space for people very gently and I aim for all clients to leave each session with positivity, hope and a plan of action.
I am always delighted to see the results of our work turn into remarkable stories - my clients frequently turn their lives around fast, to my joy.

I trained for 4 years with world-leading Executive Coach Peter King, based in Capetown.
I am an experienced coach, mentor, ex-corporate boss and co-founder. Having managed and coached hundreds of brilliant people in my career, taking mentoring and coaching into a full-time purpose has been an incredible experience.
After a long creative career in Photography, latterly at Condé Nast where I was editing, creating, coaching and mentoring teams in a business environment, my step into full-time coaching in 2021 has been the most exciting adventure I have ever had.

Our initial call and then our first full session is always free, to ensure a great fit for us both.
I also run a programme for anyone who is unemployed, of 4 free sessions. These get booked up early, but please do ask - I am always keen to try and squeeze someone in need into my schedule.
