About me
Aspire, Believe, Achieve!
I have been coaching since June 2011 and now coach on a full-time basis.
I am a qualified Personal Development and Change Coach and a qualified Corporate and Executive Coach and I also hold an internationally recognised coaching accreditation as an Associate Certified Coach with the International Coach Federation. In addition, I am also a Certified Practitioner in Neuro-Linguistic Programming
( NLP).
The coaching service I offer uses a range of coaching skills and techniques, including NLP and I would describe my approach as person-centred, motivational, solution focused and transformational, with a particular focus on strengths and positives.
In addition to my Coaching and NLP qualifications, I am accredited to deliver three different types of Personality Profiling: DISC, Myers-Briggs and Firo-B. Each of these assessments looks at slightly different aspects of personality and behaviours, and the learning and understanding which you gain about yourself, is beneficial to you, whether your focus is on your personal life, your work environment, your career development or enhancing your leadership skills.
I work across the following areas:
- Leadership and management coaching
- Business Coaching-Small Business/Solopreneur Start-Up Coaching
- Personal Development Coaching and Confidence Building
- Motivational Coaching
- Career Change and Development Coaching
- Redundancy Coaching and Future Planning
- Coaching Aspiring Young Leaders and Young Entrepreneurs
- Corporate and Executive Coaching
My coaching is future focused: I work with people to help them move from where they are now to where they really want to be.
It is always fantastic and amazing to see people's progress: to observe people growing more confident, recognising and fulfilling their potential and achieving their goals-all in a relatively short period of time.
In my coaching sessions, I firstly help people to identify and clarify their goals. Then, I help them break down the actions needed to achieve these goals into small, manageable steps - both supporting them along the way and holding them to account. I offer support and challenge in equal measures!
I have always enjoyed nurturing talent, supporting people's personal and professional development and motivating them to achieve their full potential and reach their goals. Working as a coach now allows me to facilitate people's development on a full-time basis.
In my previous, long career in the public sector, where I worked as a manager and leader across adult social care and health, I had always naturally adopted a coaching style in my approach to working with individuals and teams to help them achieve their best. Now, with the addition of formal training and added coaching skills, I know that I can make even more of a difference to people's lives and to their individual performance.
Now I coach people to make brave decisions, sooner.

Additional information
I always offer an initial 30 minute introductory session which is a complimentary session.
This allows you find out more about coaching, check out that coaching is appropriate for the issue which you want to address and also ask more about myself and my coaching style. You then have the opportunity to reflect and to decide whether you would like to proceed with coaching itself and with me as your coach.
Coaching sessions are usually of one hour duration, but can be longer or shorter according to your preference and fees vary accordingly.
My fees are dependent on whether you are purchasing a one-off session or a series of coaching sessions, the length of the sessions and the nature of the coaching. For instance, corporate and executive coaching or leadership coaching is more expensive than personal development/life coaching.
I offer a fixed hourly rate according to the type of coaching which you are interested in and the benefits which you are looking to gain from coaching. When you purchase a series of coaching sessions with me I offer a discount on the hourly rate across all the sessions. My discount offer applies to all types of coaching.
I have a separate fee structure if a corporation, business or organisation is purchasing coaching on behalf of it's employees.
Coaching sessions are usually recommended on a fortnightly basis and my clients tend to purchase a block of between 4 to 8 sessions.
However all my coaching services are offered on an individual and personalised basis and my clients are able to select the arrangement that best suits them.
When I work
I can usually offer availability for coaching sessions on Monday to Friday between the hours of 9am and 7pm and on some Saturdays between 9.30am and 1.00pm
Further information
I offer my coaching service during the day time, evenings and at weekends so that I can support busy, working people, as well as those who are more available during "standard office hours".
I coach over the telephone and by Skype-anywhere in the UK and Abroad.
I also offer face to face coaching but this will mainly be in the Norwich and Norfolk and London areas.
I can also offer online and email support in between coaching sessions, if required.
I believe in supporting my clients to aspire, encouraging them to believe in themselves, helping them to set realistic but challenging goals, motivating them to achieve and then delighting and sharing in their success!
