About me
Life coaching for individuals and groups. I bring my knowledge, passion and experience of facilitating creative projects and promoting artistic expression over many years to begin working with individuals and groups in a broader coaching context. I am particularly interested in helping clients to reconnect to their heart and purpose, finding their flow to a more free and authentic self-expression and discovering achievable steps that bridge their dreams to reality. Using visualisation, intuition, somatic awareness and mind-set exploration we get to the heart of the matter and move beyond the obstacles and onwards to achievement.
Training, qualifications & experience
Qualified as a life coach with Wellness Professionals at Work, fully insured and a member of the Association of Coaching and validated by the AC, NCIP and CMA.
My quest is to help you embark on a profound journey that navigates you towards genuine wellbeing, setting the sails towards clarity and empowerment in your life choices and purpose by getting to the heart of the matter and tapping into your true self.
