About me
Life coaching for individuals and groups. I help clients to reconnect to their heart and purpose and discover achievable steps that bridge their dreams to reality. Particularly those who are recovering from life-changing illness or loss. Together, using classic coaching tools, mind-set exploration, visualisation, intuition and somatic awareness, we get to the heart of the matter and move you beyond the obstacles and onwards to personal fulfillment. Bringing my lived experience, my knowledge and passion of facilitating creative projects and promoting artistic expression over many years to individuals and groups in the broader coaching context.
Training, qualifications & experience
Qualified as a life coach with Wellness Professionals at Work, fully insured and a member of the Association of Coaching and validated by the AC, NCIP and CMA.
I also mentor young artists, give workshops on a variety of topics and have a wellbeing coaching programme for women recovering from serious illness. Bringing my lived experience, my knowledge and passion of facilitating creative projects and promoting artistic expression over many years to individuals and groups in the broader coaching context.
