Testimonials

"Chloë's coaching has been transformational. I went into coaching with the goals of reframing my mindset and gaining clarity about my career and the job market. I came out having achieved these things and much much more. During the coaching process, Chloë tailored her approach to me and the struggles I'd been having. I learnt a lot about how to practically tackle the job market, networking, etc., and so so much about mindset, which I needed. I feel more optimistic, confident and sure of myself and what I want out of my career. Chloë is an outstanding listener, I always felt heard and never judged (even when there was reason to judge), and always ended our sessions feeling uplifted and calm. By the 2nd session I felt like I was already learning so much about myself, and by the end of the process, I feel unstoppable. Chloë also challenged me when I needed it, which helped me dig a little deeper. I always felt comfortable and safe when talking about my thoughts and feelings. She's also always building and enriching her knowledge, skills and practice. Overall, Chloë is a highly-skilled, compassionate, supportive coach who knows her stuff. I'm a different person because of her and I'm very lucky that our paths crossed! If you're considering Chloë as a career coach, do it do it do it!" Yasmine, 2021

"Chloe is an excellent coach, her warmth and empathy made me feel immediately at ease; I quickly felt like I was talking to a wise friend rather than a stranger on Zoom! Chloe structured our sessions really well, she got me to identify my values, strengths and interests, which is harder than it seems - in a professional environment, we're often encouraged to consider our strengths and weaknesses but never our values, which often underpin everything we do. Our sessions were a mixture of discussion and exercises, which are a great way of maintaining momentum and providing clarity. After our calls, Chloe would share helpful resources and prompt me with things to think about before next time - you'll get so much more out of your coaching if you invest time in doing this. I was concerned before I met Chloe that I would only get something out of the experience if I wanted to make a big career change but in fact, Chloe helped me to pinpoint the areas where I feel unfulfilled and how I can tweak things to change that; she listened carefully and challenged me but never in a way that was uncomfortable. Thanks to Chloe, I feel equipped to recognise and seek out the right opportunities when they present themselves in the future. It was a total pleasure working with her!' - Sara Zavango, 29 (2021)

"I never thought that I could gain so much from 6 coaching sessions, but Chloe‘s skills as a coach are just amazing! I’m so grateful that Chloe was recommended to me as I can honestly say it’s been one of the most valuable experiences of my life. My whole mindset has shifted in under year and I’m actually looking forward to tackling new challenges in the future with the tools she has given me. Couldn’t recommend enough to anyone considering getting coaching!" Catherine Carter (2021)

"Chloë is a brilliant coach and supported me throughout by own journey to becoming a coach and starting a business during our time together. She always asked intuitve and challenging questions, which made me think outside the box and offered up a different perspective to situations. I reached out to Chloë because I'm in awe of what she's achieved with Quarter-Life, and my expectations were more than exceeded. Thank you Chloë!" Emily Gething-Lewis, 2020

"This week concludes my time being coached by Chloë, it's a bittersweet feeling. On the one hand, it's sweet because I have finished the programme having gained so much insight into myself, my career, and my approach to professional life. Chloë was the catalyst for that. On the other hand, it's somewhat bitter that the programme has come to an end. Chloë is an exceptional coach, her willingness to serve, her empathy and her warmth are just some highlights of her character." Kennedy, 26 (2021)

I have recently completed all of my career coaching sessions with Chloe and I couldn't recommend her highly enough. As discussed at the start of the process, coaching can never promise to provide you with all the answers to your questions or concerns, but as the coaching progressed I realised the invaluable lessons it would teach me. Although I have had realisations throughout the process regarding my passions and direction, more importantly the sessions have taught me to trust my instincts, have grown my confidence and have drawn out of me my limiting beliefs, allowing me to recognise these and combat them when they occur. The sessions with Chloe have reignited my passions and reminded me of what's most important to me, giving me the confidence to put into action the points we have discussed by myself after the sessions have finished. Chloe made me feel really comfortable from the very first session and throughout - she has been an incredibly good listener whilst also challenging me to confront what may be holding me back myself. It was really refreshing to speak to somebody who I could connect with regarding how I felt about my career. I have thoroughly enjoyed the past year of sessions (even on Zoom!) and cannot thank Chloe enough for her time and dedication put into helping me - if only the sessions could go on forever!, Katie Rush, 25 (2021)

I came to Chloe for coaching as I was feeling unsure about the next steps in my career, but what I got from the whole experience was much more than I expected. Her sessions helped me to become more self- aware and confident in the decisions I needed to make, but also motivated me to go above and beyond my comfort zone. Chloe has incredible knowledge of what it takes to succeed in today’s world of work, which has really helped me to prepare for the future. She is a truly dedicated coach and a positive influence to anyone’s life, and I credit Chloe for the progress I have made in my life so far. Thank you again Chloe!!

"I found it supportive and liberating. Chloe allowed me to say my fears without making me feel silly whilst recognising what it was that was stopping me reach my full potential. Chloe allowed me to talk through what I wanted to achieve in life and was able to break it down into small steps in order I can achieve it each week. Because I was speaking to her each week, I felt it made me accountable to achieving things and not putting it off." - NT (20/03/2019)

"It was a great pleasure meeting and working with you. Thanks for listening more than the words I said, making me feel comfortable and accepted. You have the gift of intuition and a passion for helping people. I am glad you're a coach" - Joice L (10/01/2018)

"Chloe is very committed to get what works out of you; in today's session she organised our time masterfully, as she always does, and she provided me with images about what I was saying which were more accurate than my own words. She guides me through maps and realistic lists of impactful actions (which I adore), but most of all, as opposed to many other coaches, she keeps the whole picture in check all the time and doesn't get lost into the single session or the single interaction (which would be easier for her, and unhelpful to me) She won't drop you after the session is over, without having made the point. Don't lose time with other coaches who only pretend to "empathically" listen but don't engage in your vision or take your success half as seriously. Thank you!" - Paola C (04/03/2018)

I’ve always refrained from seeking a personal coach, as lots of expectations often rose up on my mind from what I would have liked my experience to be like, but when I finally did the step to look out for a trustworthy, caring, and helpful coach, Chloe instantaneously felt like the coach I’ve always been wishing for. From our first session I could sense her genuine care and openness about my path until then, and the path I wished to build out of the coaching experience. Through her visibly pure interest about my goals and obstacles, Chloe supported me in finding clarity and trust in my potential, which has been key during the sessions to let me open up and gain strength, so to find determination in what my initial aim was. Attentive, smart, and with eye/mind-opening exercises, Chloe helped me to map out all of my strengths, skills, and wishes, to later on channel them back towards a given result that I couldn’t see by myself.
Such experience and discovery is leading me today towards a more relaxed approach for my future career, now that I better know who I am, what I stand for, and what I want to create. All of this has been thanks to Chloe’s passionate love for coaching, for unlocking someone’s potential and lead them on the path they’ve been wishing for. She surely has a special place in this life-journey I’ve embarked, which is now bringing me to the realisation of dream projects I’ve been wanting to do since a long time. Extremely grateful to have met Chloe - I couldn’t wish for a better coach :) Thanks! (Mirco 2018)
