I am a certified Coach specialising in coaching women to improve self-confidence, break down Imposter Syndrome, reduce anxiety and restore self-belief, so that they can find purpose and fulfilment and achieve the things in life that they want.
Whether you want improvement in relationships, career progression, professional development or a better work/life/family balance - or anything else, I will provide you with the framework to help you move forward, set goals and reach them.

I have a particular interest in supporting people to safely reach their potential in this high pressure environment. My commercial background is in marketing, PR, and project management within the music industry and the charity sector.
