About me
As a professional coach, I am here to guide you through the thought process of opening your mind to what you actually want in life and visualising your dreams to make them into a reality through self development and transformational coaching that is created specifically for you!

I create a bespoke and unique service to all of my clients by using a combination of different techniques and therapies that are fully adaptable throughout each of the sessions. This allows the sessions to flow freely and adapt to whatever you are drawn to or have a connection with.
I can work with you through spiritual coaching, personal happiness and self development. Creating a positive mindset using the Law of Attraction and Manifestation techniques, I can also introduce you to many aspects of spiritual work that can help you on your journey of life.
When you focus on your own self worth, you will become the person you truly are!
I use many different techniques and tools depending on the individual requirements of my clients and will take you through the steps of transformation to make you feel happier, healthier and more confident.

The Association for Coaching is one of the leading professional bodies for Coaches and Organisations.
The Association is made up of a number of different membership categories, e.g. Associate Member (AMAC), Member (MAC), Accredited Member (AC Accred), with the different categories standing for different levels of training and experience. Accredited Members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.
The Association has a Code of Ethics & Good Practice and a Complaints Procedure.

I offer bespoke coaching programmes and can work with most budgets and an initial discovery call is completely FREE of charge.
The most important thing is finding the right coach who you can work with that suits your personality and that you feel completely comfortable with.
My fees start from £75 per individual 1-1 session and block bookings/packages can be tailored to suit your individual requirements.
I may be able to offer discounts for students but this will be assessed on a case by case basis.
