- Create better habits
- Get break-through in areas where you might feel stuck
"When a friend introduced me to the concept of a life coach, my initial response was: “I don’t need one. I’m a perfectly sane and well-balanced individual.” And yet, 20 minutes into a one-hour Skype session with Albert, I found myself delving into things I’ve never really addressed (learning when to say no and making more time for myself were the two key takeaways). Albert’s given me a new-found awareness of – and investment in – myself which is very much treasured.”
- Jessica Diner, Beauty Director, Vogue, London
Every session is a new journey! Albert is a master at going deep into the solution. I appreciate his professionality, every discussion is a movement to new perspectives. Our coaching calls gave me so much during these last few months: a lot of support, a new way of thinking, a different vision, how to see myself in the future, how to relate with problems and manage my tough experiences.
- Francesca Fanni, Fashion Stylist, Cagliari, Italy
"Albert is a phenomenal life coach. He’s so good at helping you discover what it is you truly want to achieve both short term and long term. He’s great at taking long rants and turning them into a simple extraction of what you’re really trying to communicate. I’ve been with Albert for 3 or 4 months and haven’t be disappointed, not once. He has really helped me have my head screwed on right in many aspects of my life."
- Andrew Fulford, Packaging Brewer at Camden Town Brewery -
"Dr Albert is a fantastic life coach. He is intuitive and helps you see things from a different perspective. With his guidance and encouragement, I was able to make some bold decisions. He made me feel relaxed and at ease, which helped me to open up and take a good look at myself."

At age 5, when I had barely started reading, my parents gave me a book entitled: “1001 Questions and Answers.” Paging through that large book with it’s red cover and bright yellow lettering is one of my favourite childhood memories. I would read and re-read the factoids about how the world works – enthralled by the amazing complexity of it all! Questions like: What is the largest animal? How fast does a nerve-impulse travel? How deep is the deepest part of the sea? and How many planets are in our solar system?
This insatiable curiosity about the universe and its inhabitants is the golden thread running throughout my career. Over the past 10 years, it has served me well in my work as general practitioner, health innovation consultant and life coach.
The reason I have migrated from mainstream healthcare into life coaching was in response to a growing frustration: a frustration with the fragmented health system. Despite the incredible wealth of treatments and cures offered by general medicine, I couldn’t turn a blind eye to the shortcomings: The disheartened patient when doctors cannot provide them with a ‘by-the-book’ diagnosis; the helplessness of the doctor, when a patient struggles to break their unhealthy habits; the confusion when a patient is ‘cured’ on paper, but they still experience suffering and pain.
This mounting frustration inspired me to explore further, burned by the question: isn’t there a better way to serve people?
It is this burning question that led me into the field of health innovation, finding creative solutions to give patients access to doctors. That same question led me into the world of integral coaching and changed my entire perspective of health and wellness. I discovered that every person has an inherent ability to master their own lives; and that, through a series of powerful coaching questions, this innate wisdom can be unlocked, opening entirely new possibilities of health and wholeness.
