About me
EXECUTIVE COACHING
As an accredited coach with over 25 years of business experience, including as Finance Director of a leading retailer, I feel well qualified to support senior professionals as they navigate the many and varied leadership and life challenges and opportunities that present themselves on a regular basis.
Coaching should be an integral part of the development plan for every leader and manager in business. No matter how qualified or experienced we are, we all have development needs. Targeted coaching and mentoring in these areas can significantly improve performance, motivation and confidence, with a proven link back to business success.
I support directors and senior managers through two services:
Executive Coaching - monthly retainer: A retained one to one coaching service for directors and senior managers looking for the support of a professional and experienced coach and mentor. Comprising monthly coaching based on your agenda and unlimited contact between sessions, this package is tailored to your specific needs and preferences. Whatever you're dealing with, I'm always in your corner. This service is limited to a small number of clients.
'Step Up' coaching programme: A structured 12-month programme designed to support new and aspiring directors to make the transition into a first or new leadership role. The programme combines executive coaching, mentoring, guided learning and self-development activities to ensure that talented managers can step into a leadership role with confidence. The course comprises 3 parts: Self-Leadership, Leading Others and Leveraging Leadership Excellence.
LIFE / CAREER COACHING
Life Coaching - monthly retainer: I can help you to make meaningful step-changes towards a more fulfilling and exciting life. We'll spend time working out where you want to take your life and what's holding you back. Maybe you feel stuck? Lacking in confidence? Lost your mojo? Then we focus on turning dreams into plans and plans into action. This is for you if you're ready to make some positive changes in your life.
Career Coaching: We spend a huge proportion of our time at work, so it's important we love what we do. If your career doesn't make you happy it's time to make some changes, either to improve your current role or to find your next one. I can help you work through your options, support you with your decision-making and ensure you feel ready to succeed in whatever you choose to do next.
Training, qualifications & experience
Accreditation: I trained and graduated with The Coaching Academy, one of the world’s leading training bodies for coaches. As well as being a fully qualified coach I am accredited to practise NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) and DISC (an insightful personality tool).
Experience: I have 30 years of valuable experience which enriches my coaching: My journey has included successful careers in Teaching, Finance and Strategy. I have coached hundreds of individuals and teams over this time covering just about every area of work and life.
Personalisation: I limit the number of clients I work with at any one time to ensure that each one of my clients enjoys a personalised coaching journey tailored to their specific needs. Once we agree to work together I'm fully committed to your success.
Member organisations
The Association for Coaching is one of the leading professional bodies for Coaches and Organisations.
The Association is made up of a number of different membership categories, e.g. Associate Member (AMAC), Member (MAC), Accredited Member (AC Accred), with the different categories standing for different levels of training and experience. Accredited Members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.
The Association has a Code of Ethics & Good Practice and a Complaints Procedure.
The Association for Neuro Linguistic Programming (ANLP) is a UK Association for NLP Professionals.

If I believe I can help I'll explain how I would design the programme for you, and give you a price for the programme that would best suit your needs:
