Following 25+ years in business, I've been running my own coaching business for the last 7 years. I help my clients to navigate the big challenges and changes they encounter in life, inside and outside of work. LIFE COACHING

I help my clients to make meaningful step-changes towards a more fulfilling and exciting life. We spend our time together working out where they want to take their life and what's holding them back. Sometimes they feel stuck. Sometimes they lack confidence. Some say they've lost their drive. Others are frustrated that they aren't making progress in the areas that matter most. Some clients say things are going well but they want even more - a bigger job, their own business, a more purpose-driven life.
We explore their life from all angles, focusing on turning dreams into plans and plans into action.

EXECUTIVE COACHING
As an accredited coach with over 25 years of business experience, including as Finance Director of a leading retailer, I feel well qualified to support senior professionals as they navigate the many and varied leadership and life challenges and opportunities that present themselves on a regular basis.
Coaching should be an integral part of the development plan for every leader and manager in business. No matter how qualified or experienced we are, we all have development needs. Targeted coaching and mentoring in these areas can significantly improve performance, motivation and confidence, with a proven link back to business success.
I support directors and senior managers through two services:
Executive Coaching / Mentoring: A one-to-one coaching service for directors and senior managers looking for the support of a professional and experienced coach and mentor. Comprising monthly coaching based on your agenda and unlimited contact between sessions, this package is tailored to your specific development needs. Whatever you're dealing with, I'm here to support you.
'Step Up' coaching programme: A structured 12-month programme designed to support new and aspiring leaders / directors to make the transition into a first or new leadership role. The programme combines executive coaching, mentoring, guided learning and self-development activities to ensure that talented managers can step into their leadership role with confidence.
Training, qualifications & experience
Accreditation: I trained and graduated with The Coaching Academy, one of the world’s leading training bodies for coaches. As well as being a fully qualified coach I am accredited to practise NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) and DISC (an insightful personality profiling tool).
Experience: I have 30 years of valuable experience which enriches my coaching: My journey has included successful careers in Teaching, Finance and Leadership. I have coached hundreds of individuals and teams over this time covering just about every area of work and life.
Personalisation: I limit the number of clients I work with at any one time to ensure that each one of my clients enjoys a personalised coaching journey tailored to their specific needs. Once we agree to work together I'm fully committed to your success.
Member organisations
The Association for Coaching is one of the leading professional bodies for Coaches and Organisations.
The Association is made up of a number of different membership categories, e.g. Associate Member (AMAC), Member (MAC), Accredited Member (AC Accred), with the different categories standing for different levels of training and experience. Accredited Members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.
The Association has a Code of Ethics & Good Practice and a Complaints Procedure.
The Association for Neuro Linguistic Programming (ANLP) is a UK Association for NLP Professionals.

Initial conversation, no charge
The first step is for us to schedule some time together to discuss the support you feel you need and why it's a priority in your life right now. We'll cover a lot of ground in our first meeting. I'll help you to explore and clarify your thoughts. We'll get to know each other well. You may even find this is everything you need for now.
If, after our initial meeting, you would like to continue to work with me I'll explain how I would design the right programme for you and will give you everything you need to decide on your next steps. I will always tailor my coaching to you:
- the type of coaching you're looking for
- where you want to be coached (online, in person)
- how frequently we meet
