About me
Hi, I’m Yvonne. As a Therapeutic Coach, with a background in Coaching & Mentoring and Psychotherapy, I help anyone struggling with day to day life, be that in a professional capacity or personal issues issues that affect their performance and career progression, so that they can understand how both affect each other and can they can look at life in a holistic way. I can help with personal development, burnout, career progression. and many other areas. As a highly qualified and experienced coach and psychotherapist I believe that we cannot separate these out and deal with them in isolation which means I have the training and expertise to support you.
I have significant commercial experience working in the financial services industry for 30 years, particularly in relationship management and training. I have a track record of working with senior executives globally, including UK, Europe and Asia.
I bring 10 years’ plus experience as an executive coach, psychotherapist and supervisor. I blend this experience with a sharp commercial acumen to leverage personal development in the delivery of individual and business objectives. I deliver coaching solutions that allow for a deep understanding and trust to evolve, helping to effectively elevate individual and collective business performance by fostering confidence and trust.
I successfully run my own Coaching & Psychotherapy Practice where I have dedicated 1500 + hours supporting the mental health and wellbeing of private clients independently as well as with Therapeutic Coaching Consultancy, Myonlinecoach.io ,The Priory Group, Care First, Victim Support Homicide Unit and DPJ Foundation.
