About me
Hi, my name's Bill and I’m a professional coach. Prior to starting Seaside Coaching I was a senior leader and business transformation coach at IBM, coaching internally and with clients to help employees, leaders and teams discover new ways of thinking about the work they do.
My ‘North Star’ is to be ambitious for whoever I'm coaching. I look at the direction they want to travel and help them discover what they want to achieve.
Powerful, open questions, and allowing space for personal reflection are important elements of coaching, and in addition, successful coaches have expertise and experience in their 'industry'. The best coaches also mentor and teach when required, and have the experience, knowledge and confidence to do so. We've seen many aspects of working life and navigated it by deciding when to go with the flow or when to turn the tide.
We've also seen when it's time to let go, move onto a new career or leave work completely, due to retirement or redundancy. And as leaders we've coached and helped people make the right decisions.
Because we've made those decisions for ourselves too.
You can find more about me and Seaside Coaching on my website.
