Choosing your coach wisely is fundamental for ensuring the best outcomes and maximising the benefits of coaching. My hourly rate covers much more than our 60 min session, the list below is a general representation of how my fees contribute to my excellence in coaching practice to help you in mastering your inner game. Below is a non-comprehensive list to better understand my fees:

1. 60 min coaching session
2. 15 min notes revision before each session to ensure effective techniques and track progress
3. 45 min after each session for note-taking and reflection to ensure best practice and effective coaching.
4. Paid coaching supervision, for myself, with a more senior coach or psychologist to better reflect and increase my self-awareness
5. Continuous professional development – based on the needs during our coaching – such as purchasing books and articles and attending seminars and conferences.
6. My accreditation – at a Senior Practitioner Level – in coaching and mentoring with the EMCC Global which offers a guarantee of my high standards and effective practice

Motorsport Background

A long time ago – before committing to coaching – I occupied various engineering and management roles across the aeronautics, automotive and motorsports sectors. As an expert with a PhD in vehicle dynamics and suspension design, I led interesting projects including LMP1 for the 24 hours of Le Mans, prototypes for the VdeV championship and Touring cars for TCR.

This experience helped me develop coaching expertise in enhancing teams’ effectiveness, increasing focus and delivering high-performance outcomes under stress.

Higher Education Background

I discovered my passion and enthusiasm for supporting others – through coaching, mentoring and teaching – during a dinner with co-workers in Itlay back in 2017, where I spent the evening writing on napkins to explain some misconceptions about vehicle dynamics.

I still consider that evening to be a game changer; It is when I took a different path and moved to England to start my journey in higher education as a senior lecturer and programme leader for motorsport engineering.

In November 2022, I obtained my title as Senior Fellow of Advance-He (SFHEA)which is a celebration and solid recognition of my impact on higher education through transforming the motorsport engineering curriculum (case study 1) and embedding coaching across the wide spectrum of HE ( case study 2).

Through the years I developed coaching expertise in leadership, change management and transformation, with an emphasis on students’ learning experience in HE.

Now

I learned a lot from my inner conflicts – Inner Game – and from my journey as a leader which I would love to share with you. One thing for sure is that it challenged me to rediscover and reinvent myself where I successfully obtained my EMCC Global EIA accreditation at Senior Practitioner in coaching and mentoring.

No matter what leadership role you hold or barriers you face, I support and challenge you to rediscover yourself and better understand the interferences standing between your actual performance and true potential.

My coaching approach is mainly inspired by Timothy Gallwey, where I work with you on understanding your inner conflict and “Mastering Your Inner Game”.
