Training, qualifications & experience
As well as an ICF accredited coach, I’m a highly experienced HR professional having worked in a range of HR and Talent roles in large global corporates for +20 yrs. Coaching others to unlock their potential has been core to these roles and has always been my passion.
I understand the context, complexities (and politics) of the corporate world and bring a unique blend of HR expertise to my coaching by understanding HR policy and it’s application, personal development practices, recruitment (I can therefore support with CV / interview work) and building confidence. I’m experienced supporting individuals with career transitions, preparing for/returning from parental leave, addressing mindset barriers, returning to work and flexible working.
My coaching style is relaxed, empathetic and non-judgemental…always. I place well-being at the core of sessions and adopt a person led approach whilst gently challenging you towards a practical way forward.
