Would you like to create your own remarkable reality? A life you have dreamed of, but as yet, not achieved?
I believe that everyone has the capability and power to create their own remarkable reality; the life they truly desire.
I help individuals just like you, to overcome the obstacles that are holding them back. Obstacles such as self-doubt, limiting beliefs, perceived absence of opportunity, fixed mindset, fear of failure, going it alone, and/or many other factors.
If you are feeling stuck or not really understanding why you cannot create that remarkable reality you so desire, you and I will embark on a guided exploration into those unconscious negative patterns that are hindering your progress.
Let's shift a gear – or many – and re-frame those automatic negative patterns and cultivate a positive growth-mindset; breaking you free to take considered action; a crucial aspect of creating change.

My experience of working as a Psychotherapist has gifted me a diverse range of work with some incredible clients. Coaching is a natural aspect of the wider supportive / therapeutic offering, giving more scope for creative and action orientated work.
I started in Corporate life and was a Manager and Mentor for many years. I then transitioned to full-time 121 Therapy in 2012 and have built a thriving business. Although I have only a few formal years experience as a Coach, I do have decades of experience working with people and helping them transform and thrive.
