Additional information
Life Coaching sessions are for 1 hour per session and are available in the following packages 6 sessions, 10 sessions & 12 sessions. Block sessions can be arranged as well as concessions for people receiving P.I.P or are on a low income.
Group Coaching sessions are also available - please mention you are interested in this service when you complete and submit the contact form from the website.
