- PG Diploma in Coaching - Therapist to Coach: Accredited by EMCC. I am Accredited at Practitioner level, and I am currently working towards Senior Coach Practitioner.
- EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing) Therapist - EMDR Works 2021.
- COSCA Certificate in Supervision 2020
- PG Diploma in Counselling and Psychotherapy (with Distinction)- The University of Edinburgh 1995. I am an Accredited Therapist, and a member of The British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).

I have been practicing for 14 years, and have thousands of hours of experience in supporting extraordinary people, like you, to make significant changes in their lives.
Each year, I engage in over 100 hours of continuous professional development to make sure my existing skills stay sharp, and so I'm always learning new resources and tools to enrich my practice, and your experience.
As a therapist, I managed a specialist trauma and substance-use counselling service in Edinburgh for many years, and have lots of experience supporting people who use substances (alcohol, drugs or over-the-counter medications), have experienced trauma, and may be experiencing mental health issues. If you struggle with any of these issues, don't hesitate to get in touch - you will be welcomed non-judgmentally and with warmth and compassion.

What price is investment in YOU worth? Transformational change begins from as little as £195 per hour for individuals who are self-funding. For organisations who wish to use my services, prices begin from £325 per session.
