About me
Bec Bland is an Accredited Leadership Coach and Positive Organisational Psychologist (MSc).
She is founder of Corporate Crusade - a consultancy, training and coaching company equipping leaders and employees to flourish in increasingly challenging workplaces.
Bec also has extensive experience working with leaders and businesses across the UK, including, CGI UK, CVS, Citizen’s Advice and Housing Justice Cymru, offering leadership and wellbeing consultancy, coaching and training.
GFire is her pioneering workplace courage model for cultivating courageous leadership, and high courage, low fear cultures; enhancing engagement, performance, psychological safety and wellness.
Outside of work, Bec is a wife, mother and ultramarathon runner. She loves to travel, and her goal since lockdown has been to complete an endurance event in a place she’s never visited before. Bec loves being outdoors on the beautiful Welsh coastal path with her family and two cockapoos.

I'm a Positive Psychologist (MSc) and an accredited Transformative Life and Leadership Coach (ICF and EMCC).
