About us
Hi, I'm Victoria, a qualified and highly experienced, life, career and business coach.
I help:
- Women who want to regain control of their lives and reconnect with themselves to think feel and live differently
- Women who want to start or scale their business
- Women who want to change career but don't know how or what they want to do
I have many long-standing clients that I continue to work with and most of my work comes through recommendations. I love my work and when my clients achieve their coaching goals it makes it the best job.

What to expect in a session.
My approach is calm, kind and honest, putting you at the centre of the session and enabling you to get things done. I work with you in a person-centred way, tailoring coaching sessions to best fit each individual's wishes for coaching.
Sessions can be held face to face where possible, indoors or outdoors, or via video conferencing such as Zoom.
Training, qualifications & experience
I am an experienced and qualified positive psychology coach, I hold an ICF-accredited Diploma in positive psychology and alcohol-free coaching.
I have various management and business qualifications which include Fellow Membership of the Chartered Management Institute. I spent 20 years working at a strategic level for some large organisations which gave me the skills and knowledge to help people excel in their careers and/or businesses.

Further information
I can work with you in person depending on location but I generally work with people via video links such as Teams and Zoom which means that I can coach clients all over the world.
I do not carry out coaching over the phone.
