About me

On every session we are embarking on a discovery journey, a discovery of new abilities and opportunities. There is a lot of understanding, introspection, reflection and courageous action taking place, as well as many aha moments. Working with me, clients are moving forward, focused and faster.

My passion is to help my clients achieve their potential at work, and in life in general. I am an accountability and sparring partner, generous with my learnings from my 20+ years of corporate professsional experience, skills and knowledge, and a sounding, deep listening ear.

My clients are generally achieving what we set out to, as I support them in their journey, and allow time and space for exploration, as well as challenge them and hold them accountable to their vision, their commitment made to their own growth, and their passion to the why which helped them engage in the process in the first place.

Association for Coaching

The Association for Coaching is one of the leading professional bodies for Coaches and Organisations.

The Association is made up of a number of different membership categories, e.g. Associate Member (AMAC), Member (MAC), Accredited Member (AC Accred), with the different categories standing for different levels of training and experience. Accredited Members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.

The Association has a Code of Ethics & Good Practice and a Complaints Procedure.

Wheelchair user access

Wheelchair-accessible premises should have step-free access for wheelchair users and individuals who are unable to climb stairs. If a life coach's premises aren't step-free, they may offer alternative services such as telephone/web-based appointments, home visits, or meeting clients in different location, so you can choose the option that suits you best.
