About me
Hi I'm Liz Clifton and I'm here to support you on your unique personal development journey with gentle calm guidance and unconditional support provided in a safe virtual, telephone or in person space of your choice.

As Founder of Family Dog Connection Limited and the take34u mission I'm working to empower at least 3 million individuals (of any species) to create the clear, calm, connected, confidence to choose to be themselves with anyone, anywhere at any time and take at least 3 minutes daily self care connection and joy so perhaps I get to support you next.
I've already guided and supported thousands of SME's, entrepreneurs, parents (with children of any species) and individuals to get clear, calm, connected and confident with their communication and their next steps for their personal and business lives with workshops, inspirational speaking, bespoke 1:1 coaching, self-care support packages and leadership mentoring.
My own personal journey of leadership transformation moved me through polycystic ovaries, symphysis pubis dysfunction where I was unable to walk for a few months.
Along with miscarriage, divorce, disordered eating, supporting a loved one through addictions, supporting my Nanny with care home visits through her dementia Alzheimer's, rehabilitating rescue animals including 2 Romanian street dogs and a house cat with feline flu, I also released 4 stone in weight naturally as I took control of my relationship with food so that I could start to eating intuitively.
Through rehabilitating our first Romanian rescue street dog, Zara, I rehabilitated myself too.
Together we grew our self confidence, trust, clear calm confidence, connected communication with ourselves and our family as we found and started using our voices and utilising our choices.
I then retrained adding extra skills to my vast resources, experiences and collected wisdom which I now uses to inspire and motivate others (of all species) to ease their own life journeys to calm.
I actively supports mental, emotional, physical and spiritual wellbeing of all species through a bespoke range of modalities to support you to the very best of my ability.
