About me
As an ICF ACSTH qualified coach, I specialise in transformational coaching. I offer emotive and motivational coaching to individuals for both personal and professional growth by getting to the core of what makes you tick. I believe coaching is one of the best tools to help people align themselves with what they want to achieve and making a plan to do it.
I work with clients on topics such as:
- Imposter syndrome
- Confidence (in and out of the workplace)

- Returning to the workplace (after maternity leave or extended periods)

Working with individuals on a one-to-one basis, my coaching programmes ensure you are clear in your goals, motivated to achieve them, and have actions to take away to move you one step closer to achieving the goals you set for yourself. I offer a safe space for you to be open and honest, allowing you to grow and have those light bulb moments. Whilst I am supportive and respectful of my clients’ emotions, I also challenge their thinking to enable growth out of the comfort zone and into the success zone. I also ensure that programmes are concluded on a positive note with tools for sustainability.
In addition, my background in the corporate world, along with many years in recruitment lends itself well to specialising in career and business coaching - with additional services to include interview coaching.
I am a very passionate coach and love being able to reflect your perceptions and realities back to you, enabling you to see yourself in a way you might not have done before, which can spark a significant shift in how you see yourself moving forward. - I am an ICF ACSTH qualified professional coach and am working towards my ACC credential. I trained with the wonderful Full Circle Global training group, and learnt from an Master Certified Coach.
- I also hold my CTA qualification from my previous career in professional services.

I offer all clients a free, non-committal discovery call. I feel it's really important to get to see whether we could work well together before committing as coaching is such a personal service.
I believe in coaching, and do not want pricing to be a barrier to the accessibility of the benefits it can bring. My services are affordable, and I offer pricing based on either a session by session basis, or a package of sessions where a discount can be applied.
