About me
I'm Kelley, a life coach specialising in burnout prevention and burnout recovery for women.
If you feel trapped in 'always-on' mode, juggling competing demands, struggling with work-life balance, or feeling overwhelmed by the pace of day-to-day life, I want you to know there is another way. Whether you're experiencing emotional and or mental exhaustion, fatigue, you more often than not feel stressed, or suspect you may have early signs of burnout, you don't have to navigate it alone.
Through compassionate and practical coaching, I help women move beyond overwhelm and stress to create sustainable ways of living that honour their aspirations and their wellbeing.

Training, qualifications & experience
I trained with The Coaching Academy, completing extensive experiential and theoretical learning and achieving my Diploma in Personal performance Coaching with Merit in 2025. To further develop my expertise, I completed a burnout prevention and recovery course for practising coaches with Balanceology in July 2025.
I am also a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and hold a certification in Transactional Analysis (TA). Furthermore, I work in global health when I am not coaching clients.

Discovery call - complimentary
Up to 30-minutes of opportunity to find out more about how I approach my work as a life coach. It will also be a chance for you to get a better idea of how coaching pairs with where you want to get to. Like any relationship, it’s a two-way thing and therefore it is essential that we both get vibes that we are the right match for continued coaching conversations.
Reset - complimentary (1 hour online group sessions)
Held quarterly with a group of like-minded women, these sessions are your time to unwind and rebuild; so you can enter the new season with more space, steadiness, and intention.

Refocus - £260 (4 sessions plus 1 touch-in)
Are you feeling spread thin, unable to prioritise yourself or your goals? These online coaching sessions will help you step back, make space, and bring joy and fulfilment back to your everyday.
Recover - £580 (10 sessions plus 2 touch-ins)
If you feel you go day-to-day carrying stress, overwhelm, mental and physical exhaustion and are running on empty, these coaching sessions will help you reclaim your spark and protect yourself from burning out again. We use simple, practical steps and gentle wellbeing practices to help you rebuild and let go of what’s no longer serving you.
To make coaching more accessible, I offer a limited number of reduced-rate places each year for my Refocus and Recover packages for those on a low income. Please contact me directly for more details.
