About me
Hello and thanks for reading this information about me.
I'm Joseph, a Chartered Coaching Psychologist, PCC Coach and founder of Become: an ICF Coach Training school. I'm also an Integrative Psychotherapist in training and a Supervisor.
In my private client work I support individuals in navigating what is happening in their lives to shift towards more confident and positive transformations. I work with a wide range of individuals, usually online. Sessions are usually taken in blocks to ensure there is a clear understanding of the work that is required and we can explore this process during a chemistry/discovery call.
I work in an integrative way, meaning that when we embark on a coaching programme I work with you flexibly. I meet you where you are, and recognise that a 'one-size-fits-all' way of coaching can get in the way of our relationship.
I don't use just one model but instead, my practice, is a blend of various frameworks, emphasising a core belief in you and the expertise that you bring in the coaching space.
In this nurturing space, previous clients have gained profound insights into their identity, values, and where they want to invest their life’s energy. This leads to a change in how you think, feel or do. To support this shift I use my background in psychology, particularly using work such as Acceptance Commitment Therapy and CBT modalities to facilitate enduring, transformative change.
Outside of my 1-1 work I run Become, which is an ICF Coach Training Provider - the first in the UK to offer accredited Diplomas in Integrative Coaching. I also have volunteered across a number of LGBTQ+ charities as a listening volunteer.

Member organisations
The International Coach Federation is the professional association for personal and business coaches worldwide.
Coaches can become accredited by the ICF, who have three grades of membership: Associate Certified Coach (ACC), Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and Master Certified Coach (MCC), with the different categories standing for different levels of training and experience. Master Certified Coach's have achieved a substantial level of training and experience.
Members of ICF are accountable to a professional code of ethics.
