Supervision details
As the Course Leader for Become, a Coach Training provider I offer coach mentoring & supervision to individuals and groups. There are typically two broad areas I support people with:
1. Develop your coaching skills, self-awareness and self-care in a 1-1 or group environment. I provide bespoke mentoring & supervision programmes to help you identify and develop yourself in light of the real coaching world and psychological principles.
2. Top up any mentoring hours that you require as part of your ICF Accreditation or renewal of your credentials. I support you to obtain or renew your ICF credential (ACC or PCC) through 1:1 or Group mentoring programmes. Group mentoring programmes are run at regular interviews throughout the year.
The International Coach Federation is the professional association for personal and business coaches worldwide.
Coaches can become accredited by the ICF, who have three grades of membership: Associate Certified Coach (ACC), Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and Master Certified Coach (MCC), with the different categories standing for different levels of training and experience. Master Certified Coach's have achieved a substantial level of training and experience.
Members of ICF are accountable to a professional code of ethics.
