Hello I'm John,
I'm a Master NLP practitioner and First Aid for Health training instructor offering coaching and mental health training.
Coaching can help with a wide range of issues. I have a particular focus on
- Anxiety
- Depression
- PTSD
- Limiting Beliefs
Effective coaching is built on trust. I will start by meeting you where you are at right now and together we'll look at where you want to be. It doesn't matter how big that gap is, we will take it one step at a time and you'll feel progress from the first session.
Through coaching, you will:
- develop a practical toolbox of different skills and techniques
- grow in confidence
- reignite the energy and enthusiasm to do what you need to do
- leave each session with practical steps

As an experienced First Aid for Mental Health trainer, I have good knowledge of the issues surrounding poor mental health. This helps me work with those who may be struggling themselves or their partners/family/friends. All can benefit from coaching support including:

- practical steps for coping
- crises management
