About me
Do you feel stuck in life - as though you're at a crossroads? You want things to change but a lack of confidence and self-belief hold you back.
I’ve been where you are. I know what it’s like to want things to be different, only for self-doubt and anxiety to get in the way of change.
At times like these, we often need support from someone impartial who will stand alongside us as we navigate through the change; to help us explore all the options and think through the next steps to take.
I specialise in working with people who want to change their lives but are unsure of which direction to take. This includes a change of career, relationships, and personal development goals.
We’ll work together to help you bring about the changes you want. I can't give you the answers but I can help you get clear on where you want to be in life and how you can get there.

I offer the following options (please see my website for more details):
'Power Hour' session - this one-hour session is super-focused on a particular topic of your choosing. We clarify your aims for the session at the beginning and work together to achieve the outcome you're looking for. The investment for standalone coaching sessions is £60 per hour.
I also offer two coaching packages:
1) Career Clarity Coaching - you might be looking for ways to progress in your current career or perhaps to change your career path altogether. By the end of this coaching program you'll have clarity about the direction you want to take and the steps you'll need to take to get there.
2) Life Change Coaching - you may be experiencing significant life changes or be expecting some in the near future. Perhaps you're going through changes in a relationship, maybe the children are leaving home, or recent circumstances have left you feeling lost in life and you aren't sure what direction to take. By the end of this coaching program you'll be clearer about how to navigate these changes so that you can move forward in service of living a rich and fulfilling life.
