Having invested heavily in my own development path and in my training as a High Performance and Lifestyle Coach and Consultant, with some of the world's leading teachers, trainers and coaches over the past 12 years, I know first-hand what habits shift us from the place of frustration, lack of clarity, overwhelm or burnout, to the reality of living a higher performing life, whilst safeguarding your health and most important relationships.

Training, qualifications & experience
I am a certified High Performance Coach (CHPC), and Business Coach. My background was in the tennis world, teaching and playing at a high level. I then founded my own yoga studio and training business in London in 2012 which enabled me to begin my mentoring and coaching journey.
I have been coaching for 6 years, working with 200+ professionals, ranging from 7 figure business owners, CEO's, MD's, directors, leadership teams and ambitious professionals.
