Throughout my career in the Royal Navy from 1996 I have gained coaching skills as I was part of a fast track scheme in leadership. In 2009 I was trained as an Equality and Diversity Advisor with the role of supporting individuals who were victims of bullying and discrimination. In 2010 I trained to be a welfare case worker supporting individuals, couples, families and management with anything to do with welfare. This could include: mental health, relationship difficulties, pregnancy difficulties, domestic abuse, child safeguarding, mental health and much more. The overall style of supporting was in the way of coaching. I left the RN in 2020 and have now started my own business.
