What clients have said:
"Emma always leaves the session on a positive note with some ideas or suggestions for you to ask yourself or work on till the next session. I can’t praise or thank her enough, but I would definitely recommend her to anyone."
“I have thoroughly enjoyed my coaching sessions with Emma. Emma has an exceptional talent of holding a safe and non-judgmental space. This allowed me to explore deep, and at times confronting thoughts. "
“Emma has always been positive, encouraging and challenging at times. She doesn’t just say do this, this and that and it will all come right, she listens to you, very patiently, and then asks you some questions."
“For anyone like myself, who has never considered coaching, give it a go”
"From the off Emma was very open and relaxed, she was great at helping me work through things in ways I never thought I would."
"As the sessions built so did my understanding and self-awareness, some things that were initially very unclear or I just didn’t get, began to fall into place. Making me feel a lot more positive about things I could or couldn’t change/control, or question if I really wanted or needed to."

Online via Zoom
In person session can be indoors, outdoors, walking in the meadows or beside the river.
Initially we have a chat over Zoom for about 30-45 minutes so we can discover if we will be a good fit to work together. The most important thing is trust in the relationship between coach and client, when this is in place, magic can happen as you're able to go deep and access what truly brings you joy.
