About me
Do you have a sense that you're not quite living in tune with your values? The feeling that things are going well enough but perhaps there's more to life? I work with people either to figure out what brings them joy or to bring that joy to the forefront of their lives.
I call it soul work.
Perhaps you're someone with high standards who's always done well. Perhaps you feel you take a different stance on things to those around you and you're afraid they'll just not get you if you follow your own path. The risk is in focusing more on what others (including society) think are the "right" things to do.
Only you know what's right for you - and my role as a coach is to work alongside you as you invite curiosity into your life, start to explore and focus on your own development.
My coaching style is human centred - I offer compassion and trust that whatever you want to work on, the answer is within you. However, I also know that as humans we're pretty good at repeating unhelpful patterns, at not seeing our blind spots and staying within our comfort zones. So, I'm also a coach that will hold you accountable - if you want to take steps toward change, I am going to be direct if you seem to be bullsh*!ting yourself along the way!
I'm passionate about being in the natural world and offer coaching sessions outdoors as a result - the combination of movement, fresh air and being in nature brings an additional layer to coaching as a way of attending to wellbeing. Sessions can be in person with both of us in the same place or via telephone, where we're both in an outdoor setting of our choice.
Being outdoors supports the idea of noticing and seeing things from different perspectives. Even the very views we encounter whilst out walking can offer insights that might otherwise not surface.

- Level 5 Coaching Professional (2023)
- Level 6 certificate in counselling supervision (2017)
- Diploma in Professional Studies - Counselling (2012)
Note I am offering coaching only, but list these qualifications to highlight that the skills I developed in my earlier training support my work as a coach.

Fees are payable on the day of a coaching session and by bank transfer.
Session cancellations with less than 24 hours notice are still payable.
