About me
I love inspiring women to create sustainable and empowering changes in their lives. Using a variety of transformational tools, together we release trauma, PTSD, grief & loss… especially in relation to parental alienation and estrangement.
As the founder of The Relationship Phoenix, I’ve helped many women with their unique journeys into releasing the weight of the past and taking up the joy that is there for them. As well as grief coaching, my 20 years in dentistry have allowed me to help those with fear and anxiety make their way through their blocks to receiving complex treatments that they otherwise would refuse.
I specialise in coaching women who find themselves in malicious and conflicting relationships with their ex-partners, and adult children. Who feel isolated, and abandoned, have lost their identity, their self-worth, and are at a tipping point with physical pain and high levels of anxiety. I guide them to create healthy boundaries and have the confidence to manage challenging situations that lead to stronger, refreshed peaceful family relationships in a way that is heartfelt, compassionate, and validating.
As with anyone else, my life purpose has been shaped by the challenges of my past: a difficult childhood, frequent bereavement, severe health issues, and two near-death experiences. And do we even need to mention a difficult divorce that led to estrangement from my only child? Chances are, I have direct knowledge of what you are going through and know that every woman can emerge stronger and more joyful with skilled support and mentoring.
I offer individual sessions or 1:1 coaching programmes to suit all needs.
