About me
I'm happy to know you are exploring coaching. Coaching has had a profound impact on my own journey and gave me a step change in my confidence and performance when I really needed it. Helping people grow and progress continues to give me a huge sense of fulfilment and I feel incredibly grateful to do what I do for a living.
I have been coaching professionally for over 5 years and work with clients who are looking to make a significant change in the way they show up in their professional and personal lives. I love working with people who have a real challenge, have a sense of adventure and drive to make meaningful things happen.

Training, qualifications & experience
I was in the corporate world as an engineer and operations manager for 17 years holding a number of senior positions and specialising in Lean, Operational Excellence and Innovation.
As a coach, I have trained with one of the most trusted coaching schools and am accredited as a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) and with the ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC).
I maintain my coaching skills through supervision and CPD and also supervise other coaches in their development.
Member organisations
The International Coach Federation is the professional association for personal and business coaches worldwide.
Coaches can become accredited by the ICF, who have three grades of membership: Associate Certified Coach (ACC), Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and Master Certified Coach (MCC), with the different categories standing for different levels of training and experience. Master Certified Coach's have achieved a substantial level of training and experience.
Members of ICF are accountable to a professional code of ethics.

If you are serious about progressing I always begin with a complimentary initial coaching session which will give us both chance to assess the chemistry and know if we can create the partnership for you to achieve what you really want to. These calls are done remotely on Zoom or Teams.
