For the past 15 years I’ve coached and trained many people spanning from young people navigating the university of life to Senior Leaders of blue-chip organisations. No matter what our life experience, we all share moments of feeling stuck, fears about losing our job, fears about our finances, fear of change, fear of judgement and needing to feel validated. The good news is, we all have the ability to change our inner world for the better!
Upon my own journey to inner healing, I embarked on a mission to explore the intricacies of the mind, the psychology behind behaviours, the deeper meaning of emotions and the power behind habits. This took me beyond the UK to both Germany and the USA to train with Master Trainers and Psychologists where I learnt Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) and other innovative neuroscientific teachings which led to the creation of my own Mind Energetics™ System.
