About me

Many people stay stuck in the same monotonous cycle in their work and relationships or repeat the same detrimental habits due to mindset. Did you know that your mind just loves to seek out new sensory experiences and expand it's knowledge and skills? The mind is built for expansion and growth but new changes can cause fear leaving you stuck because that's where it feels safe, but at what cost? There is a whole taste of rich fulfillment on the other side of fear; so are you ready to take action now?

My approach is unique and we work to bring out the best version of YOU by using my advanced techniques that will transform your life.

My coaching programmes incorporate over 15 years’ experience helping clients dissolve fear, worry, negative thoughts and detrimental habits so you can reach your goals and propel into the success you truly deserve.

*I offer a free 30 minute consultation, feel free to contact me below.

Further information

A brief outline of wingwave® Coaching:

wingwave® works by shifting stuck emotions and memories which haven't been processed properly by the subconscious mind, and cause us to think or behave in a certain way.

It is a short-term coaching concept that combines several extremely effective and well-proven coaching techniques to achieve immediate, profound and long-lasting changes, particularly in the areas of anxiety, depression, self esteem and weight loss. This innovative method is the preferred technique for addressing specific areas that are connected with stressful memories of past experiences and/or unhelpful emotions and behaviours which impact on your sense of well-being and accomplishment.

The effects of wingwave® Coaching are very measurable and the complete success in dissolving subconscious blocks is usually achieved within just a few (1 – 3) sessions. This method is based on scientific research and its’ effects are very tangible. The great thing about wingwave® is that you are always in complete control because we work on emotions as opposed to you having to churn up personal stuff which you may not necessarily want to go into.
